Regarding the inspection visit to the factory After receiving instructions, we immediately contacted the factory. The factory stated that we need to first report the inspection items to their insurance agent for approval before we can proceed with the inspection. We will consult with our experts and communicate with the factory again to confirm the inspection plan and schedule. We will report any progress in a timely manner.

Regarding disclosure of information to ADM inspectors and inspection invitations The ADM inspector only knows about the ITS sampling process and the factory inspection plan. If there are any further requirements, we will report them later. We have invited them to participate in joint sampling and joint inspection at the factory as instructed. The ADM inspector expressed a desire to accompany us to the factory for inspection, and will also participate in the ITS joint sampling and witness the production of the comprehensive sample.

Regarding the consignee's claim Based on our previous experience with this consignee, they usually make substantial claims for heat damage (referencing MV ACRA & MV PRABHU PUNI). If they insist that there is a product quality loss in this case, their claim may not be less than the amount of security (RMB 9.5m). Of course, these heat-damaged goods, including those claimed to be severely damaged, will be used for processing and production and are not total losses.
