Automatic Door Control System Based on Single-Chip Microcomputer: Design and Implementation
This study aims to address issues such as traditional doors requiring physical switches, lack of intelligence, and single functionality, by developing and designing a new automatic door control system using a single-chip microcomputer. Based on the compilation and analysis of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, as well as experimental design and practical operation, the article elaborates on the overall design scheme of the automatic door control system based on the single-chip microcomputer system. The article begins by highlighting the important role and significance of the single-chip microcomputer in automatic door control systems, followed by a review and analysis of research trends in domestic and international literature.
The single-chip microcomputer selected for the automatic door control system is the STC89C51, which utilizes infrared technology to collect signals from people passing through. Based on two infrared modules, the system simulates the behavior of entering the door, collects the signal for closing the door, and sends the collected data to the core board for logical processing. This then drives the motor to simulate the opening and closing of the door, and provides intelligent voice prompts for door opening and closing through the use of a voice broadcasting module, which announces 'the door has been opened or closed'. Additionally, an LED module is used as an indicator light, displaying a green light when the door is open and a red light when it is closed. In practical applications, this system has good stability and reliability, and can meet the needs of different automatic door scenarios. Through testing and experimentation, the feasibility and practicality of this solution have been verified, providing a new approach and method for the design and development of automatic door systems.
