Ethical Approval and Study Timeline for Research at Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University

Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University. The research commenced on January 1st, 2021, and concluded on April 30th, 2023. Prior to sample collection, informed written consent was obtained from all participating patients. The breeding of mice followed the guidelines outlined in the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
