Human Endometrial Organoid (HEO) Transplantation Enhances Endometrial Regeneration and Fertility in Mice
Transplantation of human endometrial organoids (HEOs) demonstrates promising potential for treating endometrial injury and infertility. Successful engraftment of HEO complexes, containing functional epithelial cells and a robust blood vessel network, into the mouse endometrium significantly improved endometrial repair and enhanced fertility. These findings highlight the therapeutic potential of HEO transplantation for addressing endometrial dysfunction and infertility.
