Vehicle Inspection Report: Fuel Levels and Battery Safety Measures

During our vehicle inspection, we checked the fuel level of each vehicle's oil tank using the dashboard display. Our findings revealed that the tanks were almost empty. It's crucial to address this issue and ensure the vehicles are adequately fueled before any further operation.

Regarding battery safety, we confirmed that each vehicle is equipped with a dedicated protective switch. This switch plays a vital role in preventing accidents during loading. Once the stevedores safely position the trucks on board the vessel, they are instructed to close the protective switch to ensure safety throughout the transportation process.

We conducted a thorough inspection of all vehicles loaded onto the vessel and verified that all battery switches were in the 'off' position, confirming adherence to safety protocols.
