Ship Inspection Report: Observations and Findings

During the inspection, we noticed that the hatch cover was closed and there were several stacked sweeping bin bags on the starboard side. It appeared that the starboard side had been cleaned, as evidenced by the residue traces of goods on the scene. Additionally, we observed standing water at the stern of the starboard ship. However, despite thoroughly inspecting the cable crane, we did not find any defects. Moreover, the continuous outflow of cooling water from the cable crane during navigation seems implausible.
