Ship Inspection Findings: Closed Hatch, Cleaned Starboard Side, and Unrealistic Cooling Water

When the author boarded the ship, they noticed that the hatch cover had already been closed. Additionally, a large stack of sweeping bin bags were piled on the starboard side, indicating that the area had been cleaned. Residue traces of goods on the scene confirmed this. At the stern of the starboard ship, there was standing water. However, no defects were found during our inspection of the cable crane, and the continuous outflow of cooling water from the cable crane during navigation appeared to be unrealistic.
