Seawater Discharge Incident Under Investigation by Maritime Safety Administration

The crew cleaned the hatch cover and deck using seawater, and the water flowed into the sea from the starboard side stern. Upon witnessing this, the crew of a nearby vessel promptly documented the incident by capturing photos and videos, and subsequently reported it to the Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) using their real names. As a result, the MSA officer is now contemplating imposing a fine on the vessel involved.
