Seawater Cleaning Leads to Potential Fine for Vessel

The crew proceeded to clean the hatch cover and deck using seawater, resulting in the water flowing from the stern on the starboard side into the sea. Promptly noticing this, the crew members aboard a nearby vessel took immediate action by capturing photos and videos of the incident. They subsequently reported the occurrence to the Maritime Safety Administration (MSA), providing their real names as well. As a result, the MSA officer is currently contemplating the imposition of a fine on the vessel involved.
