Vessel Fined for Improper Water Discharge: Crew Documented Incident

The crew diligently cleaned the hatch cover and deck, causing water to flow smoothly from the starboard side of the stern into the sea. Observing this, the crew of a nearby vessel promptly documented the incident by capturing photos and videos, and subsequently reported it to the Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) using their real names. Consequently, the MSA officer is considering imposing a fine on the vessel in question.
