Figure 2 presents the average trend chart based on the official 'China City Commercial Attraction Ranking in 2020'. This chart considers the level of urban development and highlights the economic development gap between cities within a region. Because regional division based on geographical location ignores the economic development gap between cities within the region, this analysis focuses on the level of urban development to provide a more nuanced understanding of commercial attraction.
