Reefer Container Refrigeration Cycle: Evidence Insufficient for Insurance Claim

It is important to note that the high temperature record on days 57-58 did not consistently exceed 24 hours. There was a brief period during which the temperature dropped below the set temperature (-25 degrees Celsius). Given the ambient temperature at that time, this suggests that the reefer container underwent at least one normal refrigeration cycle during that period. Therefore, based on this record, the reefer container's refrigeration equipment was not continuously non-operational for more than 24 hours. Consequently, the evidence presented by the opposing party to support their insurance liability claim is insufficient. Based on this point alone, we should not support the cargo insurance company's claim for recovery against us.
