Reefer Container Refrigeration Evidence Insufficient for Insurance Liability Claim

It should be noted that the high temperature record on days 57-58 did not consistently exceed 24 hours. There was a brief period where the temperature dropped below the set temperature (-25 degrees Celsius), indicating that the reefer container underwent at least one normal refrigeration cycle during that time. Therefore, based on this record, the refrigeration equipment of the reefer container did not remain non-operational for more than 24 hours. Hence, the evidence presented by the opposing party to support their insurance liability claim is insufficient. Given this point alone, we should not support the cargo insurance company's recovery claim against us.
