However, according to the report provided by the opposite party, it states that a temperature recorder with serial number 89314079 was installed inside the reefer container in question. This recorder recorded values that fluctuated between -25.0ﾰC and -10.0ﾰC, which is higher than the -23.0ﾰC temperature requested in the bill of lading.

Furthermore, the opposite party believes that the responsibility for the cargo lies with the Shipping Company. They claim that the temperature fluctuated between -23.0ﾰC and -9.0ﾰC from days 57 to 58 for more than 24 hours during transport. This temperature fluctuation is said to have caused damage to the cargo.
