Therefore, based on this temperature record, it can be asserted that the reefer container's refrigeration equipment was not continuously non-operational for more than 24 hours. Consequently, the evidence presented by the opposing party to substantiate its insurance liability is inadequate. Based solely on this point, we should not endorse the cargo insurance company's claim for recovery against our principal.
