The Impact of Regional Factors on the Performance of Chinese A-Share Listed Companies
This study examines the impact of regional factors on the performance of Chinese A-share listed companies. We utilize a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies and analyze the period from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2019. Data on regional control variables are sourced from the China Urban Statistical Yearbook. The remaining basic data, financial data, and market transaction data are obtained from the CSMAR and Wind databases.
