Computational Strategies for Enhancing Enzyme Catalytic Activity

To enhance the catalytic activity of the enzyme, several computer-based strategies were employed, including directed molecular dynamics simulations (SMD), functional library screening (FuncLib), protein engineering through strain manipulation (protein Strain), identification of unsatisfactory regions, and identification of frustration using pSUFER.
