Reefer Container Performed Satisfactorily During Transportation, Fungal Infection Unrelated to Process

Based on the temperature analysis provided above, it can be concluded that the reefer container performed satisfactorily throughout the transportation, as the internal temperature consistently remained within an acceptable range, except for the initial period. The temperature fluctuation observed during this initial period could be attributed to inadequate pre-cooling of the cargo.

Furthermore, upon inspection, we identified a significant issue with fungal infection in the bananas. Our expertise suggests that this infection is primarily caused by improper treatment of the bananas and the presence of fungal spores. Since the fungal infection is unrelated to the transportation process, we will no longer consider any losses associated with it.
