Refrigerated Container Functioning Properly During Transportation with Banana Fungal Infection Analysis

According to the temperature analysis provided, it can be concluded that the refrigerated container functions effectively during transportation. The internal temperature remains within an acceptable range, except for the initial transportation phase. The initial temperature fluctuation may be attributed to inadequate pre-cooling of the cargo. Furthermore, upon inspection, we have identified a significant problem with banana fungal infection. Based on our expertise, this infection is mainly caused by improper banana treatment and the presence of fungal spores. As the fungal infection is not a result of transportation, we will no longer estimate the loss for it.
