集装箱货物联合检验报告 - EITU1842706 - 常规

我们今天上午按照约定前往收货人工厂参加了对声称受损的货物的联合检验，一同参与联合检验的还有收货人物流代表李小姐及同事，质检部董先生及同事，货物保险董先生，陆运承运人陈先生及其同事。现场检验发现如下：

集装箱

除了一些凹痕和局部锈迹，集装箱整体结构良好。透气孔帽无损坏。
右侧箱门底部橡胶条开裂。其余部位橡胶条未见异常。
靠近右侧箱门顶板上有一约3*5cm的破洞，破洞呈不规则形状并伴有严重锈蚀。

货物

该集装箱EITU1842706内共有48托盘货物，在集装箱内堆放3层高，共2排8列。包装最外层均为双层瓦楞板纸箱并放在木制托盘上，内部辅以瓦楞纸板做为支撑和保护，货物则放在开口塑料袋内然后使用小纸盒包装。
紧挨集装箱door右侧的一排的3托盘（位于破洞正下方）货物的纸箱包装水湿并变形，其余货物外包装完好。收货人认为仅3托盘受水湿影响的需要进一步检验。其余货物已正常收取。
受影响的3托盘货物为Angular Contact Ball Bearings，每托盘320个，一共960件。现场见部分内部小纸盒也已经水湿变形。塑料袋外部有水珠或水迹。部分货物表面见氧化变色色块。
随后货物被送到质检部进行检查并分拣。但我们不被允许进入该车间，只能在车间外见证过程。根据收货人质检部分拣结果，其中648件被认为是完好可直接投入使用。其余312件存在不同程度包装破损或水湿需要进一步上机检验。
根据收货人提供的发票，货物单价为19.5欧元，可能受影响的312件货物总价值为6084欧元。

其他事项目前，集装箱已经返空，其余未受影响货物已经正常收货并投入使用。货物保险人的检验人称如果最终检验结果有损坏，建议相关方将对损坏货物在次进行联检。根据工厂要求，所有电子产品不允许带入厂区，工厂提供其内部相机以便我们对相关过程进行记录。工厂称所有照片将会尽快发送我方。我们将在收到相关照片后尽快准备报告供您参考。

We went to the consignee's factory this morning as agreed to participate in the joint inspection of the claimed damaged goods. Also present at the joint inspection were Ms. Li, the consignee's logistics representative, and her colleagues, Mr. Dong from the quality inspection department and his colleagues, Mr. Dong from the cargo insurance company, Mr. Chen from the land transportation carrier, and his colleagues. The following was found during the on-site inspection:

Container:

Apart from some dents and localized rust marks, the overall structure of the container is in good condition. The ventilation cap is undamaged.
The rubber strip at the bottom of the right-side container door is cracked. The rest of the rubber strips show no abnormalities.
There is a roughly 3*5cm hole with irregular shape and severe rust near the top plate of the right-side container door.

Goods:

There are a total of 48 pallets of goods in container EITU1842706, stacked 3 layers high and 2 rows of 8 columns in the container. The outermost layer is double-layer corrugated cardboard boxes placed on wooden pallets, supported and protected by corrugated paperboard, and the goods are placed in plastic bags and then packaged in small cardboard boxes.
The cardboard packaging of the three pallets right next to the container door (located directly below the hole) is damp and deformed, while the rest of the goods' outer packaging is intact. The consignee believes that only the three affected pallets need further inspection for water damage. The rest of the goods have been received normally.
The three affected pallets contain Angular Contact Ball Bearings, with 320 pieces per pallet, totaling 960 pieces. Some of the internal small cardboard boxes have also been damp and deformed. There are water droplets or traces on the outside of the plastic bags, and some of the goods' surfaces show oxidized color patches.
The goods were subsequently sent to the quality inspection department for inspection and sorting. However, we were not allowed to enter the workshop and could only witness the process from outside. According to the consignee's quality inspection and sorting results, 648 pieces were considered to be intact and ready for use. The remaining 312 pieces have varying degrees of packaging damage or water damage and need further machine inspection.
According to the invoice provided by the consignee, the unit price of the goods is 19.5 euros, and the total value of the 312 potentially affected pieces is 6,084 euros.

Other matters: Currently, the container has been returned empty, and the unaffected goods have been received and put into use normally. The inspector from the cargo insurance company suggests that if the final inspection result shows damage, the relevant parties should conduct a joint inspection of the damaged goods again. According to the factory's requirements, all electronic products are not allowed to be brought into the factory area. The factory provides its internal camera for us to record the relevant processes. The factory stated that all photos will be sent to us as soon as possible. We will prepare a report for your reference as soon as we receive the relevant photos.
