miR-155-5p Specifically Targets ZC3H12B 3'UTR

A dual luciferase reporter gene assay (Figure 3E) showed that the luciferase activity of ZC3H12B 3' UTR wild type (WT) was decreased by miR-155-5p mimic, while no significant differences were detected in the luciferase activity of ZC3H12B 3' UTR mutant type (MUT) (p > 0.05). This suggests that miR-155-5p could specifically bind to ZC3H12B.
