Validation of USP30 as a Direct Target of miR-137-5p

This study investigates the interaction between miR-137-5p and USP30. Our findings confirm the presence of a direct binding relationship between miR-137-5p and the 3'-untranslated region (3'-UTR) of USP30, suggesting a potential regulatory role of miR-137-5p in USP30 expression. Further investigation will focus on the functional consequences of this interaction and its implications in relevant biological processes.
