Identification of MicroRNAs Targeting USP30 3'UTR

To verify our hypothesis, we identified the putative miRNAs that could bind to USP30 3'UTR using TargetScan (http://www.targetscan.org/) and starbase (http://starbase.sysu.edu.cn/) databases. These databases provide computational predictions of miRNA-target interactions based on sequence complementarity and other factors. By utilizing these resources, we were able to identify a set of miRNAs that are predicted to target the 3'UTR of USP30, which may play a regulatory role in its expression.
