I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the friendly working attitude of the on-site engineers during our recent collaboration. However, I would like to highlight a few points for improvement in future collaborations.

Firstly, the engineers were not familiar with the installation steps for WSO. It is important to note that pre-enrollment by the WSO L2 team is a prerequisite for installation. Unfortunately, this pre-enrollment was only completed yesterday, with my assistance.

Secondly, the engineers mentioned that they had completed the pre-enrollment privately with Sephora IT. This is not in line with our standard communication protocol, which requires all communication to be conducted through the KR teams chat.

Finally, although feedback has been provided, upon my remote inspection, the software was not installed on the computer. I kindly request that accurate feedback is provided in future collaborations.
