After comparing the refining workshop statistics provided by the factory with the daily report data, we discovered a significant number of inconsistencies between the two. The factory suspects that the issue may be due to problems with their OA system, which exports inaccurate data. They acknowledge that the actual data should be based on the daily report provided by the production workshop.

To validate the daily report data, we cross-checked it against on-site meter reading data and found that the refined oil output recorded on the meter was approximately 2634.8 cubic meters (from 17:00 on May 18th to 16:30 on May 23rd). This figure is significantly lower than the daily report data record of 2762.56 tons (from 20:00 on May 18th to 08:00 on May 23rd). The consignee has yet to provide a reasonable explanation for this discrepancy.

Furthermore, we discovered that the amount of caustic soda used in the meter readings did not match the actual daily report record. The factory explained that the large caustic soda meter's capacity was inaccurate and that there was a small caustic soda tank of more than 20 tons inside the workshop, which they had forgotten to inform us about.
