Cargo Dispute Halts Loading: Protecting Shipowner Interests

A serious incident occurred when the master of a vessel protested against the loading of abnormal cargo. The master's request for the removal of the unacceptable cargo was refused by the terminal. Consequently, loading operations were halted at 1420hrs on September 22. In response to this situation, our team was immediately appointed to board the vessel. Our primary objectives were to provide critical support to the master and to safeguard the interests of the shipowners.
