To complete the audit work within the agreed timeframe and submit the audit report to XXX;3. To keep the client’s confidential information confidential, and not to disclose or use the client’s confidential information without authorization;4. To provide suggestions and recommendations to XXX on the improvement of the accounting system and internal control, and to assist XXX in implementing the suggestions and recommendations;5. To charge the audit fee according to the agreement and the relevant regulations, and to provide a detailed breakdown of the audit fee.Ⅲ. Audit scope and procedures1. The audit scope includes the Balance Sheet on XXX, the P/L Account and the Cash Flow on XXX.2. The audit procedures will be carried out in accordance with the <Audit Standards of the People’s Republic of China> and the <International Standards on Auditing>.3.
