Cargo Damage: Caked and Moldy Goods Found During Devanning

Based on the consignee's information and videos, it has come to our attention that the cargoes were discovered in a 'caked' and 'moldy' condition during the devanning operation. Furthermore, after the devanning operation, certain 'caked' cargo was found adhered to the side panels of the containers.
