3. The plaintiffs have failed to provide any evidence to prove that Leader has breached its contract or duty of care towards them. As a consigned processor, Leader only produced swing hangers according to Child Works' requirements. The plaintiffs have not demonstrated any negligence on the part of Leader in the production process.

4. The plaintiffs' claim for compensation is excessive and unreasonable. The amount of compensation requested by the plaintiffs far exceeds the actual damages they have suffered. Moreover, the plaintiffs' claim for punitive damages is not supported by any legal basis.

Based on the above facts and reasons, the defendant respectfully requests that the court dismiss the plaintiffs' claim and order the plaintiffs to pay the corresponding cost of litigation
