ance from expert witnesses, initiating legal proceedings, representing the Client at court hearings, negotiating with the opposing party, and executing any settlement agreements reached.

II.The Attorney shall provide legal services to the Client in accordance with the laws and regulations of The People's Republic of China, and shall keep the Client informed of all developments and progress of the case in a timely manner.

III.The Attorney shall not disclose any confidential information related to the case to any third party without the Client's prior written consent.

IV.The Client agrees to pay the Attorney a retainer fee of RMB 【】(in words) upon signing of this Agreement, which shall be non-refundable. The Attorney shall bill the Client for all other legal services rendered at a reasonable hourly rate, and the Client shall pay all bills within 【】(in days) days of receipt.

V.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through amicable negotiation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the place where the Attorney is located.

VI.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

VII.This Agreement shall become effective upon signature by both parties and shall remain in effect until the case is concluded or terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.
