The foreign teacher will participate in the school’s teaching and research activities, attend the school’s academic meetings and training sessions, and provide feedback and suggestions on the teaching methods and materials to the Employer School.
The foreign teacher will respect the culture and customs of China and the Employer School, and will not engage in any behavior or activity that is illegal or against the laws and regulations of China.
The foreign teacher will dress appropriately and maintain a professional appearance while teaching at the Employer School.
The foreign teacher will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the students during the class, and will report any accidents or incidents to the Employer School immediately.

II. Employer’s Duties and Responsibilities

The Employer School will provide the foreign teacher with a safe and clean teaching environment and necessary teaching facilities and equipment.
The Employer School will provide the foreign teacher with necessary teaching materials and a teaching plan.
The Employer School will pay the foreign teacher the agreed-upon salary on time.
The Employer School will help the foreign teacher with the visa application and residence permit procedures, and will reimburse the foreign teacher for the expenses related to the physical examination and residence permit application.
The Employer School will provide the foreign teacher with necessary assistance and support during his/her stay in China, such as help with finding accommodation, transportation, and medical treatment if necessary.

III. Contract Period and Salary

IV. Termination of Contract

This contract can be terminated by either party with a one-week notice in advance.
If the foreign teacher violates the terms of this contract or the laws and regulations of China, the Employer School has the right to terminate this contract immediately without any compensation.
If the Employer School violates the terms of this contract or fails to provide a safe and suitable teaching environment, the foreign teacher has the right to terminate this contract with a one-week notice in advance.

V. Other Provisions

This contract is governed by the laws and regulations of China.
Any dispute arising from or related to this contract will be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the local arbitration commission.
This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.
