n the high seas, in inland waters or on land. However, the Insured shall not be indemnified for such partial loss unless the same shall have exceeded 3% of the insured value of the goods lost or damaged.

2. With Average (W. A.). This insurance covers all risks as per F.P.A. and additionally includes partial losses of the goods insured caused by accidents of the carrying conveyance. The Insured shall be indemnified for such partial loss only if the same shall have exceeded 3% of the insured value of the goods lost or damaged.

3. All Risks. This insurance covers all risks of loss or damage to the goods insured, including partial losses caused by accidents of the carrying conveyance, theft, pilferage, non-delivery, breakage, leakage, and any other cause not excluded by these Clauses or the Policy.

Exclusions: This insurance does not cover loss or damage caused by inherent vice, insufficiency or unsuitability of packing, delay, loss of market, war, strikes, riots, civil commotions, and any other causes specifically excluded by the Policy.

Duty of Insured: The Insured shall take all reasonable measures to prevent or minimize loss or damage to the goods insured, and shall give immediate notice to the Company of any loss or damage that may give rise to a claim under this insurance.
