In case no settlement can be reached， the case shall then be submitted to the arbitration of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with its arbitration rules， and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.10.Other terms and conditions not mentioned herein shall be subject to international trade practices.11.This contract shall come into force after being signed and sealed by both parties and shall be executed in duplicate， each party holding one.12.This contract is written in Chinese and English， both texts being equally authentic.
