Party A shall assist Party B with relevant procedures. 6.Party A shall provide necessary support and services for the projects introduced by Party B, including but not limited to land requisition, engineering construction, and infrastructure investment. 7.Party A and Party B shall actively cooperate and coordinate with each other during the implementation of the project, and shall work together to ensure the smooth progress of the project. 8.Party A and Party B shall keep confidential any trade secrets or sensitive information related to the project. 9.This agreement shall come into effect upon the signatures of both parties and shall remain in force for five years. Upon expiration, the agreement can be renewed upon the mutual agreement of both parties. 10.Any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation.
