Party B, including but not limited to stopping payment, terminating the agreement, etc.2. Party B must fulfill the teaching task according to the schedule arranged by Party A. If there is any change, Party B should inform Party A in advance and get the permission.3. Party B should dress properly and behave professionally during the work hours. Any inappropriate behavior or attire will not be allowed.5. Party B should respect the students and their parents, and teach them with patience and professionalism. Any discrimination or harassment behavior is strictly prohibited.五、Other Regulations1. Party B should respect the confidentiality of Party A's business, and should not disclose any confidential information to any third party.2. Party B should respect the intellectual property rights of Party A, and should not copy or reproduce any teaching materials without permission.3. Party A has the right to terminate the agreement if Party B violates any of the above regulations.六、Validity and Termination1. This agreement will become effective upon both parties’ signatures and seals.2. If Party B wants to terminate the agreement, he/she should inform Party A in writing at least 30 days in advance.3. If Party A wants to terminate the agreement, he/she should inform Party B in writing at least 30 days in advance and pay the salary according to the work already done.4. If the agreement is terminated due to Party B’s fault, he/she should compensate Party A for the loss and pay the liquidated damages.七、Other MattersNot covered in this agreement will be negotiated and added as supplementary agreement by both parties.八、Legal Effectiveness and Dispute Resolution1. This agreement will be in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.2. Any dispute arising from this agreement should be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties can bring the case to the local labor arbitration committee.3. This agreement is made in two copies with equal effect, each party holds one copy. Both parties have read and understood the content of this agreement, and have signed and sealed it voluntarily.
