periods, and not exceeding 44 hours per week. b. The Employee shall be entitled to one day off per week and public holidays in accordance with the national regulations. c. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid leave in accordance with the national regulations. 5. Social Insurance & Welfare a. The Employer shall purchase social insurance for the Employee in accordance with the national regulations. b. The Employer shall provide housing allowance, transportation allowance, and other welfare benefits for the Employee in accordance with the company’s policies and regulations. 6. Probationary Period The probationary period of the Employee shall be three months, during which the Employer may terminate the Contract if the Employee fails to meet the job requirements or work standards. 7. Termination of Contract a. Either party may terminate the Contract by giving written notice to the other party 30 days in advance. b. The Employer may terminate the Contract immediately if the Employee seriously violates the company’s rules and regulations or commits a serious breach of contract. c. The Employee may terminate the Contract immediately if the Employer fails to provide the agreed remuneration or working conditions. 8. Confidentiality Agreement The Employee shall sign a confidentiality agreement with the Employer and shall keep confidential any trade secrets, business information, or other confidential information obtained during the employment period. 9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the parties may apply for arbitration or file a lawsuit in accordance with the laws and regulations. 10. Miscellaneous a. This Contract shall be in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. b. Any amendments or supplements to this Contract shall be made in writing and shall be valid only after being signed by both parties. c. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of P.R.C. d. This Contract is written in Chinese and English, and both versions shall have equal legal effect.
