I used some games, such as puzzles and word matching, to help them practice the new words. I also encouraged them to work in pairs or groups, which could promote their communication and cooperation skills. In addition, I used some positive feedback to motivate the students and help them to build confidence in their language learning. Overall, I felt that my classroom management was effective in creating a supportive learning environment for the students. ⅣConclusion In conclusion, I think that my teaching in this English class was successful in terms of preparation, teaching process, students’ learning process and classroom management. However, there were still some areas for improvement, such as giving students more time to practice and correct their mistakes.
