The party invoking Force Majeure shall inform the other party immediately and submit the certificate of the relevant authorities within 15 days. If the Force Majeure lasts for more than 60 days， either party has the right to terminate the contract.9.Arbitration Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached， the case shall then be submitted for arbitration to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with its provisional rules of procedure.
