igation and due diligence investigation. Article Ⅲ Party A’s obligations ⅰ. Provide all necessary information and documents related to the legal issues and cases that need to be handled by Party B; ⅱ. Cooperate with Party B to complete all necessary legal procedures; ⅲ. Pay Party B’s legal fees in accordance with the agreement; ⅳ. Notify Party B of any changes in the legal issues or cases in a timely manner. Article Ⅳ Legal fees and payment ⅰ. Party B’s legal fees will be calculated based on the hourly rate as agreed upon by the two parties. ⅱ. Party B will issue an invoice to Party A for the legal fees incurred. ⅲ. Party A shall pay Party B’s legal fees within 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Article Ⅴ Confidentiality ⅰ.
