Terms:

Reasonable tolerance in quality, weight, measurements, designs, and colors is allowed, for which no claims will be entertained.
Buyers are responsible for any consequences arising from the use of special packing, designs or pattern made to order, late submission of specifications or any other details necessary for the execution of this Sales Confirmation, late establishment of L/C, or any late amendment to L/C inconsistent with the provisions of this Sales Confirmation.
Sellers are not responsible for late or non-delivery in the event of force majeure or any contingencies beyond Sellers' control.
Claims, if any, concerning the goods shipped should be filed within 30 days after arrival at the destination.
All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by negotiation between the two parties. If no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall be submitted for arbitration in the country of the defendant in accordance with the arbitration regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country. The decision made by the arbitration organization shall be taken as final and binding upon both parties.
