On May 18th, we conducted a site inspection of the factory's measuring equipment, accompanied by the consignee's representative and their loss adjuster. We examined the flow meter for finished oil, the level gauge for the alkali solution tank, and the electricity meter. The factory has two finished oil filling pipelines, each with a flow meter located near the storage filling position. At 1655hrs, we observed that the accumulated readings of the two flow meters were 618,189 cubic meters and 213,564 cubic meters, respectively. The alkali solution tank is equipped with a pressure-type level gauge, which displayed a pressure of 33.127kPa and a capacity of 23.7% during our inspection at 1650. We also noted that each one centimeter change in the liquid level of the tank corresponds to 287 kilograms of alkali solution. The consignee provided us with access to the power distribution room and original data from the electricity meter reading, which we cross-checked with the display data for 0800 on the same day.
