Party B shall cooperate with Party A and his/her co-workers and shall not engage in any conduct that might harm the working relationship or reputation of Party A or Party A's co-workers.Ⅶ Termination of the Contract1. This contract may be terminated by mutual agreement of the two parties.2. Party A may terminate this contract if Party B fails to carry out his/her obligations under this contract or engages in any conduct that might cause serious damage to Party A's interests or reputation.3. Party B may terminate this contract if Party A fails to provide the necessary working and living conditions or pay the salary as stipulated in this contract or engages in any conduct that might cause serious damage to Party B's interests or reputation.4. In case of termination of this contract, Party B shall leave China within 30 days after the termination date or as agreed upon by the two parties.Ⅷ Miscellaneous1. Any amendment or supplement to this contract shall be made in writing and shall become effective only after being signed by both parties.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be settled through friendly consultation.
