智慧工厂是近年来制造业发展的重要趋势,其核心是通过信息化手段实现生产过程的可视化、智能化和自适应化。本论文提出了一种基于Java的智慧工厂中央管理系统,该系统实现了生产过程的实时监控、异常报警、生产计划调度等功能,为企业的生产管理提供了有效的支持。

首先,本论文介绍了智慧工厂的概念和发展现状,分析了智慧工厂的优势和挑战。随后,本论文提出了智慧工厂中央管理系统的设计思路和实现方案,包括系统架构、模块功能、数据流程等。在系统实现方面,本论文采用了Java技术作为主要开发工具,并结合MySQL数据库和Spring框架等技术进行系统开发。

Abstract:

Smart factory is an important trend in the development of manufacturing industry in recent years. Its core is to achieve the visualization, intelligence and adaptability of the production process through information technology. This paper proposes a Java-based smart factory central management system, which realizes real-time monitoring, exception alarm, production scheduling and other functions of the production process, providing effective support for enterprise production management.

Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and development status of smart factory, analyzes the advantages and challenges of smart factory. Then, this paper proposes the design idea and implementation scheme of smart factory central management system, including system architecture, module function, data flow and so on. In terms of system implementation, this paper adopts Java technology as the main development tool, and combines with MySQL database and Spring framework to develop the system.

Finally, this paper analyzes the practical application of the smart factory central management system, and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system. In practical application, the system realizes the real-time monitoring and exception alarm function of the production process, effectively improves the production efficiency and production quality. At the same time, the system also realizes the production scheduling function, which can dynamically adjust the production plan according to the actual production situation, improving the flexibility and accuracy of the production plan.
