This paper focuses on the site-location and routing problems in logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products. With the increasing demand for fresh agricultural products, logistics and distribution has become an increasingly important topic in this field. Through in-depth analysis and exploration of the site-location and routing problems in logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products, this paper aims to optimize the existing logistics and distribution network and route planning, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce costs. Specifically, a two-stage method is adopted, which separates the site-location and routing problems into two sub-problems: site-location and vehicle routing. Firstly, the upper-level problem of site-location for the distribution of fresh agricultural products is solved using an immune algorithm, and the optimal solution obtained is then applied to the lower-level problem of logistics and distribution routing to determine the visiting order of customer points. Genetic algorithm is used for route planning. Secondly, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified through simulation experiments on actual data. Finally, the research results are summarized and future research directions are proposed. Through this study, the logistics and distribution costs of fresh agricultural products can be effectively reduced, and the efficiency of distribution can be improved
