Urgent Request: Documents Needed to Determine Container Damage Cause

To determine the cause of the damage, could you please assist us in obtaining the following documents or information:

a) Container damage list for the above containers (if available). b) Bay plan of the containers, both when temporarily stowed at the open yard and on board. c) Please inspect the container condition and provide a condition report. d) Has the carrier of the container experienced any incidents of flooding? If so, please provide the sea protest as well. e) Please provide the B/L to investigate the trace of the containers.

Without these documents and information, it will not be possible to research the cause of the damage.

Furthermore, according to the consignee's information, another 10 containers of cargo are expected to arrive at the consignee's warehouse on September 21 or 22. Should we proceed with the inspection of these 10 containers as well?
