Abstract

With the rapid development of internet technology, email has become one of the most important communication methods for people. However, with the increasing number of spam emails, it has become a challenge for users to filter out the unwanted emails. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs and implements a spam email filtering system based on Bayesian algorithm.

Firstly, the paper introduces the concept and characteristics of spam email, and analyzes the existing spam email filtering methods. Then, the paper presents the principles and algorithms of Bayesian spam filtering, and builds a Bayesian spam filtering model based on the analysis of email features.

Secondly, the paper designs and implements the spam email filtering system based on the Bayesian algorithm, which includes email data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and spam email detection. The experimental results show that the system has a high accuracy and a low false positive rate in filtering spam emails.

Finally, the paper summarizes the research work and discusses the future development direction of spam email filtering. The implementation of this spam email filtering system provides a useful reference for the development of anti-spam technology.

随着互联网技术的快速发展,电子邮件已经成为人们最重要的通信方式之一。然而,随着垃圾邮件数量的增加,用户过滤掉不需要的邮件已成为一个挑战。为了解决这个问题,本文设计并实现了一种基于贝叶斯算法的垃圾邮件过滤系统。

首先,本文介绍了垃圾邮件的概念和特点,并分析了现有的垃圾邮件过滤方法。然后,本文提出了贝叶斯垃圾邮件过滤的原理和算法,并在对电子邮件特征分析的基础上建立了一个贝叶斯垃圾邮件过滤模型。

其次,本文设计并实现了基于贝叶斯算法的垃圾邮件过滤系统,包括邮件数据预处理、特征提取、模型训练和垃圾邮件检测。实验结果表明,该系统在垃圾邮件过滤中具有高准确率和低误报率。
