On April 5th, 2023, while conducting his patrol duties at the storage area on the negative second floor of Block B in Hongyu City, Cangzhou, the maintenance supervisor, Zhang, noticed a suspicious man loitering around the entrance of one of the storage units. As Zhang approached to inquire about the man's presence, the individual pretended to answer a phone call and promptly fled the scene. Zhang became suspicious and immediately inspected the storage unit, discovering that the lock had been tampered with and that some tobacco and alcohol goods were missing. He quickly contacted his colleagues at the gate post to review the surveillance footage and patrol the surrounding area. Ultimately, they were able to recover the stolen items and the thief's electric vehicle. Zhang reported the incident to the police and the matter was handled accordingly. On April 29th, the owner of the looted storage unit expressed their gratitude by presenting Zhang and his team with a commemorative plaque, praising the exceptional service provided by the staff at Yi Jia Property
