Complaint Letter Regarding Unsatisfactory Furniture Moving Service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the way your company handled our recent move to our new building. We engaged your services to relocate all of our furniture and equipment from our previous office to our new location. Unfortunately, I must say that the service we received was far from satisfactory.
To provide you with a comprehensive overview of the move, we had a total of 12 desks, 20 chairs, 4 filing cabinets, and several other pieces of office equipment that required relocation. In a nutshell, we are not satisfied with the way the move was managed, and we expect your company to take full responsibility for the damages caused. We would appreciate it if you could arrange for a repair service for the damaged furniture and equipment as soon as possible. For the time being, we will be using the damaged furniture, but we expect a full and satisfactory resolution to this matter without further delay.
We take delight in the fact that your company has a good reputation in the industry, and we hope that you will take our complaint seriously and take immediate measures to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, thorough staff training on handling furniture with care, implementing a system to track and document the condition of items before and after the move, and so forth.
