Urgent Request for Draft Survey Documents at Jingtang Port

As the Owner P&I surveyor for the initial and final draft survey at Jingtang port, our embarkation was unfortunately restricted due to a claimed pandemic. Specifically, it was reported that one crew member had red pimples on their face. In light of this situation, we kindly request that you provide us with the following documents:

1. Signed and stamped ship's particulars
2. Manifest
3. Hydrostatic table (arrival mean draft ﾱ2.0m, departure mean draft ﾱ2.0m)
4. Draft mark correction
5. Ship's constant
6. Draft survey reports from the last three occasions
7. Bunker (FO, DO, LO), ballast water and fresh water, and sea side draft reading after getting alongside.

We have already checked the six side draft readings at around 1800hrs, and our results are as follows:

• Port fore: 12.98
• Port mid: 13.09
• Port aft: 13.14
• Star fore: 12.95
• Star mid: 13.00
• Star aft: 13.07
