Cargo Survey Discrepancy: Vessel Draft Readings Exceed B/L Quantity

The Customs officers conducted an independent draft survey on the vessel but did not provide a written report. However, they verbally confirmed that the cargo quantity was adequate based on the vessel's constant of 300MT. Although they did not provide a written report, they did provide draft readings that enabled us to calculate the cargo quantity to be approximately 65,651.77 MT. This amount is approximately 167.13 MT (0.255%) more than the B/L figures of 65,484.64 MT.
